Our last regular meeting of the year is this Saturday, April 11, starting at 5 pm. The address is the same as usual (Abernethy Grange, 15745 Harley Ave., Oregon City, OR 97045).
Please be at least 5 minutes early so we can set up and get started on time. This will be a busy and very important meeting, as we are having elections, as well as regular business items.
If you have not yet sent me the three positions you would like to run for, please do so ASAP. I still have not received these from many of you.
If you are running for one or more positions at this meeting, please have your brief (1-2 minute) speech prepared ahead of time so you are ready to run!
Things you will want to cover in your speech include why you are running, why you want this position/s in particular, your previous experience, and why you would be the best xxxx for next year.
Please RSVP and read the agenda and March meeting minutes so you are prepared for the meeting. Don’t forget to bring a meal item to share!
